Additions, Remodels
EXAMPLE #1:
Owner wished for more space in each of the three main living areas. They also wanted a large pantry and laundry with an added master bath. Two new bedrooms in the basement designed into the space below the new main floor addition.

There is added cost in 'turning trusses', but it can be done- especially if the client wants a full ceiling vault in the great room.

EXAMPLE #2:
Extensive addition and remodel with very little left of the original home.

Adding to the existing small home almost tripling the square footage includes large living areas, master suite and bath, and two new bedrooms.

A new garage adds to the classic ranch feel with a new covered entry.

EXAMPLE #3:
What if just a bigger space for family is wanted?
Designed in step with the owners requests, smaller additions can add a lot of room and value.

EXAMPLE #4:
Sometimes a finished basement is all that is needed.
